Link a number in a minute
Link each WhatsApp number the way you link WhatsApp Web: scan a QR code, or type an 8-character pairing code. Your phone keeps working as usual.
Nitro sends your messages, pictures, documents and polls through the WhatsApp numbers you already use, at a safe, human pace. Replies and opt-outs arrive in one inbox, and your contacts never leave your PC.
Use the WhatsApp numbers you already have, side by side.
Link each WhatsApp number the way you link WhatsApp Web: scan a QR code, or type an 8-character pairing code. Your phone keeps working as usual.
Share one campaign across your numbers. Each contact keeps the number that first wrote to them, with one backup number in case that one drops.
If a number disconnects, its waiting messages move to your other numbers after two minutes. Before any retry, Nitro checks the message did not already go out.
Each number shows its status, health, today’s count against its limit and its warm-up day, and reconnects by itself. Give a number its own daily limit and rules.
Bring in your contacts from anywhere and keep them tidy.
Import CSV, .xlsx or .xls files of up to 200,000 rows. Columns are matched for you; set a default country, skip landlines, put the contacts in a group, and download the rows that need fixing.
Rovero exports are recognised on import, and Rovero’s Send to CRM and webhook can push new leads straight into Nitro on the same PC.
Sort contacts into groups and tags, filter them, and check which numbers are on WhatsApp before you send.
Make a file of up to 3,000 contacts at a time to import into each phone’s Google account, with the steps shown. Opted-out, landline and non-WhatsApp numbers are left out.
Every contact gets a message that feels written for them.
Send text of up to 4,096 characters, pictures, video, audio files and documents with a caption, or ask a question with a poll of 2 to 12 answers.
Greet each contact by name with fields such as {{first_name|there}}: the word after the bar is used when a field is empty.
Write {Hi|Hello|Good morning} once and each contact gets one of the words. Add up to 50 variants of a message and a random number with {{random}}, so no two messages look the same.
See the message the way WhatsApp shows it, check its spam score, and send yourself a test before the campaign starts.
Set it up once; Nitro does the sending.
Choose who, the message, the numbers and when, and see how long it will take before you start.
Start straight away or pick a day and time. Sending hours follow your clock or each contact’s own time zone, and you can skip people who got a campaign in the last few days.
Pause and resume at any time, retry the messages that failed, duplicate a campaign, and export its results to CSV.
A live view shows what is going out right now, with delivered, read and replied counts and poll results as they come in.
Sensible limits are on from the start, and you stay in control of them.
By default: random waits of 35 to 90 seconds between messages, a break every 25 messages, and up to 40 an hour and 200 a day per number. Change any value; one past its safe line gets a “Higher ban risk” badge.
A new number starts with 20 messages on its first day and adds 10 a day, so it builds a normal sending history.
Nitro checks a contact is on WhatsApp before the first message, skips landlines, and pauses a number by itself when several contacts fail in a short time.
Replies such as STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE put the contact on your opt-out list with an automatic confirmation, and an unsubscribe line can go at the end of your messages.
See what works and answer the people who write back.
Replies, poll votes and opt-outs from all your numbers arrive in one inbox. Answer with text or a file, from the number the contact knows.
Sent, delivered, read, failed and replies at a glance, a 7-day chart, and reports by day, number and campaign that you can export to CSV.
Contacts, messages and media are stored on your own PC. Our servers only see your sign-in, the app version, the PC’s name and the day’s message count for your plan.
