Built for campaigns that get replies

Everything runs on your PC, with your numbers, at a pace WhatsApp users are used to.

Link a number in a minute

Link each WhatsApp number the way you link WhatsApp Web: scan a QR code, or type an 8-character pairing code. Your phone keeps working as usual.

Import Excel or CSV

Import CSV, .xlsx or .xls files of up to 200,000 rows. Columns are matched for you; set a default country, skip landlines, put the contacts in a group, and download the rows that need fixing.

Text, media and polls

Send text of up to 4,096 characters, pictures, video, audio files and documents with a caption, or ask a question with a poll of 2 to 12 answers.

A campaign in five steps

Choose who, the message, the numbers and when, and see how long it will take before you start.

A human pace

By default: random waits of 35 to 90 seconds between messages, a break every 25 messages, and up to 40 an hour and 200 a day per number. Change any value; one past its safe line gets a “Higher ban risk” badge.

One inbox for replies

Replies, poll votes and opt-outs from all your numbers arrive in one inbox. Answer with text or a file, from the number the contact knows.

Link your numbers

In WhatsApp, open Linked devices and scan the code Nitro shows, or type its pairing code.

Bring in your contacts

Import an Excel or CSV file, or send leads from Rovero. Columns are matched for you.

Start a campaign

Write the message, pick the numbers and the time. Nitro sends at a safe pace and collects the replies.

Sensible limits, on from the start

WhatsApp can restrict numbers that send unwanted bulk messages. Nitro paces every number like a person would, and tells you when a setting raises the risk. Send to people who know you, and honour every opt-out.

Can my number get banned?

  • Random waits of 35 to 90 seconds between messages
  • A break every 25 messages
  • Up to 40 an hour and 200 a day per number
  • Warm-up: 20 on day one, then 10 more a day
  • A WhatsApp check before the first message
  • Landlines skipped, failing numbers paused
  • STOP and UNSUBSCRIBE handled for you
  • Sending hours, in each contact’s own time zone

Default values; you can change them, and Nitro warns you when one goes past its safe line.

Leads from Rovero, campaigns from Nitro

Find the businesses with Rovero, then message them with Nitro, on the same PC, without moving a file by hand.

Find leads

Questions

What is Nitro?

Nitro is WhatsApp campaign software for Windows. It sends personal messages, pictures, documents and polls to your contacts through your own WhatsApp numbers, at a safe pace, and collects the replies in one inbox.

What do I need to run it?

A Windows 10 or 11 PC (64-bit), an internet connection, and one or more phones with WhatsApp. No administrator rights are needed; setup adds Microsoft Edge WebView2 if your PC does not have it.

Does Nitro use the official WhatsApp Business API?

No. Nitro links your numbers the way WhatsApp Web does (Linked devices), so you send from your own numbers with no per-message fees and no template approval. WhatsApp’s own rules do not allow automated bulk messages, so send only to people who know you and expect to hear from you.

How do I link a WhatsApp number?

In Nitro, choose Add a number. On the phone, open WhatsApp → Settings → Linked devices → Link a device and scan the QR code, or tap “Link with phone number instead” and type the pairing code Nitro shows.

Does my phone need to stay online?

No. The phone keeps working as usual and does not need to be online while Nitro sends. Open WhatsApp on it now and then, or WhatsApp may unlink the device.

Does it work on a Mac?

No, Nitro is made for Windows 10 and 11.
