Dental Clinic Leads: Build a Dentist List City by City

Dental clinic leads for suppliers, labs, equipment sellers and software companies: how to build a dentist list area by area in Dubai, Riyadh, London and Sydney, with the business email and phone each clinic publishes.

Dental clinic leads are a list of dental clinics, dentists, orthodontists and dental labs, each with the business phone number and email the practice publishes, so a supplier can contact the clinic directly. You build the list city by city and area by area from the clinics' own listings, websites and social pages, never from patient records. This guide is written for dental suppliers, dental labs, equipment sellers, marketing agencies and software companies. It covers which business types to search, the filters that make a dentist list worth calling, example areas in Dubai, Riyadh, London and Sydney, and who at the clinic to contact.

The short answer

  1. Search for several dental business types in each area, not one word for the whole city.
  2. Keep the clinic's published business email and phone; never collect patient details.
  3. Filter by reviews, website and claimed listing to sort busy practices from quiet ones.
  4. Group the branches of a dental chain, because the chain buys from head office.
  5. Export one list for email and one for phone, then contact a small batch first.

Who buys a dentist list?

A dentist list is useful to anyone who sells to the practice rather than to the patient:

  • Dental labs making crowns, bridges, aligners and dentures
  • Suppliers of consumables: gloves, masks, impression materials, composites, sterilisation pouches
  • Equipment sellers and repair firms: dental chairs, imaging units, autoclaves, intraoral scanners
  • Practice management software, online booking and patient reminder tools
  • Marketing agencies, web designers, recruitment agencies, uniforms, cleaning and fit-out firms

Which business types belong on a dental clinic leads list?

Clinics describe themselves in different ways. If you search only "dentist" you miss the centres that call themselves a "dental clinic" or a "dental centre", and the labs that never see patients. Search each wording in each area:

Business type What it is Who sells to it
Dental clinic A general practice with one or more dentists Consumables, software, marketing, labs
Dentist Often a single-dentist practice listed under the dentist's name Consumables, labs, booking tools
Dental centre A larger centre, often several specialists under one roof Equipment, service contracts, recruitment
Orthodontist Braces and aligners Aligner labs, imaging, scanners
Cosmetic or implant centre Veneers, whitening, implants Implant systems, labs, marketing
Dental lab Makes crowns, dentures and aligners for clinics Materials, milling machines, scanners

Where are the dental clinics in Dubai, Riyadh, London and Sydney?

Dental practices cluster in family residential areas, in medical districts and around business centres, so search those areas one by one.

  • Dubai. Jumeirah, Al Wasl and Umm Suqeim have many private clinics along the main roads. Dubai Healthcare City is the medical district. Al Barsha, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai Marina and Business Bay hold clinics inside towers, and Deira, Bur Dubai and Al Karama have the older, busier practices.
  • Riyadh. Olaya and Al Sulaimaniyah first, then Al Malaz, Al Rawdah, Al Nakheel and Al Malqa.
  • London. Harley Street and Marylebone are the specialist cluster; Kensington, Chelsea, Clapham, Ealing, Croydon and Canary Wharf each have their own high-street and corporate practices.
  • Sydney. The CBD, Parramatta, Chatswood, Bondi Junction, Burwood, Hurstville and Castle Hill, plus a practice near most suburban shopping centres.

How to build the dental clinic list, step by step

  1. Pick the areas. Choose eight to twelve from the city's area list, nearest to you or your delivery route first.
  2. Search each business type in each area. "Dental clinic", "dentist", "dental centre", "orthodontist" and "dental lab" are the minimum.
  3. Include medical towers and malls. Many clinics sit on an upper floor of a business centre, listed under the building's address.
  4. Collect the published business contacts. The contact page, about page and social pages usually show a reception phone, an appointments WhatsApp number and an info@ or reception@ email.
  5. Mark the chains. A dental group with six branches is one buying decision for supplies and software; keep the branches for service and delivery work.
  6. Filter, clean and export. Remove closed clinics and repeats, keep the rows with the contact type you will use, and contact twenty clinics by hand before you plan anything bigger.

Which filters make a dentist list worth calling?

  • Reviews. A clinic with many reviews is busy, has a front desk that answers, and buys regularly. A clinic with none may be new, which suits booking software and first-fit equipment sellers, or may have closed quietly.
  • Website. A practice with a website usually publishes an email and has someone handling admin. One with no website most often runs on a phone and WhatsApp, so put it on your phone list.
  • Claimed listing. The owner has updated the details themselves, so the number is more likely to be current. An unclaimed listing is a lead for web designers and marketing agencies, because nobody is managing that clinic's online presence.

Who is the right contact at a dental clinic?

Contact the clinic as a business: its reception number, its published business email, and the practice manager or owner-dentist. Never collect or use patient names, patient numbers or anything from a booking system.

  • Single-dentist practice. The dentist owns the business and decides; call between appointments and ask the receptionist when the doctor takes supplier calls.
  • Multi-chair clinic or centre. Ask for the practice manager, who handles supplies, software and service contracts and reads email.
  • Dental group. Find the head office on the website's about page or LinkedIn page and write there once. Keep the branch list for deliveries and installations.

A worked example: a dental lab in Dubai

Say you run a dental lab in Al Quoz that makes crowns and aligners, and you want more clinics sending you cases. You search "dental clinic", "dentist" and "orthodontist" in Jumeirah, Umm Suqeim, Al Barsha, Jumeirah Lakes Towers and Business Bay, and keep clinics with a website and ten or more reviews. For example, 180 rows come back, of which 120 publish an email and 160 publish a phone.

You remove the four dental groups and write to their head offices separately. For the rest, you email the practice manager offering a sample crown on your usual turnaround, and you call the clinics with a phone but no email in the mid-afternoon lull. A week later you have a list of who asked for a sample, who said no, and who said to call again after Eid, and that list is your pipeline.

Good practice and local rules

Patients come first, so a call during a morning clinic is often cut short; mid-afternoon is quieter, and clinic hours shift during Ramadan in the Gulf.

UAE. The TDRA rules on marketing messages and the UAE PDPL expect consent for marketing messages, a clear sender identity and a free opt-out. A one-to-one business enquiry to a clinic's published email or reception number is a better start than a bulk campaign.

Saudi Arabia. The PDPL asks for prior consent before marketing messages and an easy way to withdraw it.

UK. Under PECR, a limited company can receive B2B marketing email with a clear sender and a working opt-out, but many dental practices are partnerships or sole traders, and those need consent or a valid soft opt-in.

Australia. The rules for commercial electronic messages expect consent, sender identification and an unsubscribe method, and the Do Not Call Register applies to listed numbers.

This is general information, not legal advice; check the current rules for the country you send to.

Where Rovero fits

Rovero is B2B lead generation software for Windows that builds a dentist list exactly this way. You type the business type in your own words ("dental clinic", "orthodontist", "dental lab") and a city in any country, tick the areas from the city's area list, and Rovero searches each one, including inside medical towers, business centres and malls (Tower Dig).

For each clinic it keeps the name, category, address with building and floor when known, phone numbers, website, rating and reviews, and the emails and extra mobile numbers found on the clinic's own website and social pages. It collects only what the clinic publishes about itself; nothing is guessed and no patient data is involved. The smart filters keep clinics with a website, an email, a claimed listing or a minimum number of reviews, hide closed ones, and export exactly what you see to Excel, CSV or a ready-made e-mail marketing list.

The healthcare clinic leads guide covers GP clinics, physiotherapy and pharmacies the same way. One honest limit: a dentist who works from a room with no listing and no website will not appear, so a few practices in every city stay off the list.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I get dental clinic leads in Dubai?

Build them from public business listings and the clinics' own websites and social pages, one area at a time: Jumeirah, Umm Suqeim, Al Barsha, Dubai Healthcare City, Deira and Bur Dubai are good starting points. A bought dental clinics list for Dubai is often out of date, because clinics move and change numbers; a list you build this month is fresher.

Is a dentist list the same as a dental clinic list?

Not quite. A dentist list is often built from listings under individual dentists' names, which mostly means single-dentist practices. A dental clinic list includes centres, groups and polyclinics listed under the business name. Search both wordings and remove the repeats.

Should I contact the dentist or the practice manager?

In a single-dentist practice the dentist decides, so ask the receptionist for a good time. In a clinic with several chairs, the practice manager handles supplies, software and service contracts, and is the person to email. For a group, write to the head office once.

Can I use a clinic's WhatsApp number for sales?

The appointment WhatsApp number is a business number the clinic publishes, so a single polite message asking whether they take supplier enquiries is reasonable in most places. Do not add it to a bulk campaign without a yes. After the first reply, WhatsApp marketing for clinics and dentists covers how to keep in touch.
