Clinic Leads: How to Find Clinics, Dentists and Pharmacies
Clinic leads made simple: build lists of medical clinics, dental clinics and pharmacies in Dubai, Riyadh, London and US cities, and reach the right buyer.

Clinic leads are valuable because healthcare businesses buy all year round: supplies, equipment service, software, cleaning, uniforms and marketing. But clinics are hard to list well. Many sit inside medical buildings, malls and office towers, and a broad city search shows only the biggest names. This guide shows how to build healthcare B2B leads lists of clinics, dental practices and pharmacies in the Gulf, the UK and the USA, how to reach the person who buys, and which rules to respect.
One point first: this is about selling to the business side of a clinic. It is never about patients or patient data.
The short answer
- Decide which healthcare businesses you sell to: clinics, dentists, pharmacies, physiotherapy, opticians or vets.
- Use the local words for them ("polyclinic", "medical complex", "chemist", "dental office").
- Search area by area, and search inside medical buildings, malls and towers.
- Collect the published reception phone, email and website for each one.
- Ask reception who handles purchasing, and contact that person with a short, relevant offer.
Which healthcare businesses belong on your clinic leads list?
The right list depends on what you sell. This table matches common healthcare businesses with search words and the suppliers who usually target them.
| Business type | Search words to try | Who usually sells to them |
|---|---|---|
| General and specialist clinics | medical clinic, polyclinic, medical centre | Medical supplies, cleaning, software, marketing |
| Dental clinics | dental clinic, dentist, orthodontist | Dental labs, dental supplies, equipment service |
| Pharmacies | pharmacy, chemist | Shop fit-out, POS systems, delivery services |
| Physiotherapy | physiotherapy clinic, sports injury clinic | Equipment, booking software |
| Aesthetic and skin clinics | aesthetic clinic, laser clinic, skin clinic | Devices, consumables, marketing agencies |
| Opticians | optician, optical shop | Frames, lenses, eye test equipment |
| Veterinary clinics | vet clinic, veterinary hospital | Pet food, supplies, practice software |
Public hospitals and public health services usually buy through formal tenders, which a lead list does not replace. This guide is about private clinics, independent practices and pharmacies.
Where are clinics in Dubai, Riyadh, London and US cities?
Clinics gather in a few kinds of places, and each needs a slightly different search:
- Dubai. Dubai Healthcare City holds many clinics inside its medical buildings. Jumeirah has many clinics in converted villas along the main roads. Al Barsha, Al Karama and Deira have busy community clinics, and many malls have a medical floor. Abu Dhabi and Sharjah follow the same pattern.
- Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. Many private polyclinics are called a "medical complex", so search that phrase as well as "clinic". In Riyadh, start with Olaya and the districts along King Fahd Road, then work outwards.
- London. The Harley Street and Wimpole Street area holds many private clinics in a few streets. Dental practices and pharmacies are spread along local high streets in every borough, so cover neighbourhoods one by one.
- US cities. Medical office buildings near hospitals hold many practices under one address, and dental offices often sit in small shopping centres. Search the building as well as the area.
How to build a clinic list, step by step
- Define your target. Say you sell sterilisation consumables. Your target is dental clinics and aesthetic clinics, not pharmacies. Write that down before you search.
- List the areas. Include medical districts, malls with medical floors and the main office tower areas.
- Search with several words per type. For dentists in Riyadh, try "dental clinic", "dentist" and "dental centre". For pharmacies in the UK, try "pharmacy" and "chemist".
- Search inside the buildings. One medical building can hold a dozen clinics on different floors. Search with the building's name as well as the area.
- Collect the published contacts. Reception phone, general email, website and any business mobile number the clinic publishes on its website or social pages.
- Group the chains. A dental group with eight branches usually buys centrally. Keep the branches for service visits, but pitch the head office once.
- Check before you contact. A working website, recent reviews and an open status are good signs. Remove closed clinics and repeats, then export.
How to reach the person who buys
Clinic reception teams are busy and protective, for good reason. Make their job easy:
- Ask one clear question. "Who looks after purchasing for consumables, and what is the best email for them?" Most receptionists will give you a name or a general purchasing address.
- Know the usual titles. In a clinic it is often the practice manager, operations manager or the owner-doctor. In a pharmacy it is the owner or the pharmacist in charge. In a group it is procurement.
- Pick quiet times. Avoid the first hour of the day and the evening peak, when patients queue. Many Gulf clinics work split shifts and open late, so early afternoon often works.
- Never ask about patients. Do not ask for, accept or store any patient information. If you sell software, talk about features, not about their patients.
Good practice and local rules
Working week. The UAE weekend is Saturday and Sunday (since 2022); the Saudi weekend is Friday and Saturday; the UK and USA use Saturday and Sunday. Many clinics stay open at weekends, but managers usually make buying decisions on working days.
Language. In Saudi Arabia, many clinic names and addresses appear in Arabic as well as English. Keep both forms on your list so your team can match them.
UAE and Saudi Arabia. The UAE's TDRA rules on marketing messages and the UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021) expect clear consent for marketing messages, a clear sender identity and a free opt-out. Saudi Arabia's PDPL, overseen by SDAIA, requires prior consent for marketing messages and an easy way to withdraw it. Start with a call or a one-to-one email, then ask permission before adding anyone to a marketing list.
UK. Under PECR, limited companies and LLPs can receive B2B marketing email without prior consent, but every message must identify you and carry a working opt-out. Sole traders need consent or a valid soft opt-in. UK GDPR still applies to named people's data, such as a dentist's own work email.
USA. The federal law on commercial email, enforced by the FTC, expects honest headers and subject lines, a physical postal address and an opt-out honoured within 10 business days. The TCPA covers calls and texts to phones; get written consent before automated marketing texts.
This is general information, not legal advice; check the current rules for the country you send to.
Where Rovero fits
Rovero is B2B lead generation software for Windows. You type the business type in your own words ("dental clinic", "medical complex", "pharmacy") and a city in any country, tick the areas you want, and Rovero searches them one by one.
Tower Dig spots towers, business centres and malls in each area and searches inside them, which matters for clinics on a mall's medical floor or in a medical tower. Deep sweep drills down to blocks of about 300 m where listings are dense. Each lead comes with the address (building, floor and unit when known, in English and Arabic), phones, website, rating and reviews, and up to 3 emails and 5 extra mobile numbers found on the clinic's own website and social pages.
Every clinic is checked against everything you already saved, so a Dubai search and a Riyadh search never repeat a lead. Filters for rating, reviews, has website and hide closed businesses let you export only the clinics worth a call. Rovero finds businesses, not people: it does not give you doctors' names or job titles, so ask reception, as above.
Frequently asked questions
Can I get a list of doctors with their email addresses?
Rovero lists healthcare businesses and the contact details they publish, not individual doctors. A doctor's own details are personal data, so contact the clinic through its published business details and let it point you to the right person.
How do I sell medical supplies to clinics in Dubai or Riyadh?
Build a list of the clinic types that use your product, call reception to find the buyer, and follow up with a short email and a visit. Medical products usually need registration with the health authority in each country, so check that before you start selling.
Can I email dental practices in the UK?
Dental practices run as limited companies or LLPs can receive B2B marketing email without prior consent, if you identify yourself and include a working opt-out. Practices run by sole traders need consent or a valid soft opt-in. When you are not sure, treat the practice as needing consent.
Which clinics should I contact first?
Start with the clinics that match your product and show signs of activity: a working website, recent reviews and a complete address. Our guide to lead qualification shows how to score a list so the best clinics come first.
